Add the garlic and oil to a skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Then add the red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Drain the pasta and place it back to the pot, add the oil mixture and the fresh parsley. Stir until well combined and add more oil or some cooking water if needed.

Add garlic and can of anchovies and stir and break up anchovies and garlic so that they melt into the olive oil. Once they are incorporated, add in vegetable stock a few tablespoons at a time and stir. Add in the crushed pepper and parsley. Cook for 20 minutes and then toss spaghetti for two minutes in sauce so that it soaks up all of the goodness.Drain the pasta. Add the drained pasta and 1½ cups (360ml) of the reserved pasta water to the skillet. (Reserve the remaining ½ cup of pasta water in case you need more liquid in the pasta later). Sprinkle the pasta with the parsley and gently toss everything to combine it, trying to keep the tuna in bite-sized chunks). To prepare the garlic, oil and chili pepper spaghetti, start by cooking the pasta in boiling salted water 1.Cook the spaghetti al dente, and in the meantime prepare the seasoning: peel the garlic cloves, divide them in half 2 and remove the core (the green central part of each clove) 3.
Add the prawns and sear on each side until pink through and lightly browned (around 1-2 minutes each side should be enough). Remove from the pan and set aside. Lower the heat and add the remaining 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss in the garlic and cook gently, stirring often, until it is a light golden brown colour.
Preparation. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti noodles and boil for 8–9 minutes or until al dente. Drain pasta and reserve ¼ cup of the starchy water that the pasta was cooked in. While pasta boils, heat olive oil over medium-low heat in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes to infuse the oil.FEXG.
